AAnnual Dues Coverage
Improvements, alterations or changes to your lot or home, must be reviewed and approved by the Willow Park Village HOA Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval per the CC&Rs, prior to work being started. Complete the ARC Request Form.
The diagram below depicts the steps necessary for submitting improvement plan(s):
Homeowner dues are $220 and due January 1st each year and can be paid by check or online.
- Payments received after January1st are considered late and will be assessed a late payment fee.
- Payments by check should be made out to Willow Park HOA and mailed to Pillar Property Management
- Online payments can be completed using Alliance Association Bank, Banking Portal – link provided when statements are mailed to homeowners. Link is also on pillarpm.net
- Dues information you will need includes the following:
- Management Company ID: 7909
- Association ID: 1 (Willow Park HOA, Inc.)
- Property Account Number: located on statement
RResale Certificate
Annual dues are a vital part of maintaining the community common areas. Your annual dues currently cover:
- Common area lawn and bush maintenance
- Common area light expense (not city lights)
- Property Management Company
- HOA Insurance
- City of Willow Park water / garbage
- Community events, signage and storage
- Attorney for collections and contracts
- Special Projects and Services – Board Approved
SSpecial Projects
- The ARC meets once each month. All requests will be dispositioned within thirty (30) days of the submittal date as noted by the postmark on the written request. Please allow sufficient time for approval.
- Attach detailed sketches, drawings, designs, clippings, pictures, catalogue copies, illustrations, and other data
- Show location of changes to your lot or home using a copy of your plat survey
- Make two copies of proposed changes
- Submit all written requests in duplicate to:

When selling your home, you can order your home’s Resale Certificates.
- Resale Certs are ordered through Pillar Property Management by completing the form in the link above. There are several packages to choose from. Prices depend on Packages and time frame.
- Resale Certs for normal delivery are $375 and can be paid in advance online
CCommunity Maintenance
Maintenance for common areas in the community are the responsibility of the HOA. Common areas include entrances, playground / park area including lights.
Maintenance on streets, street lights, street signs, etc., are the responsibility of the City of Willow Park. Concerns should be called into the city directly. HOA can help if it is a community-wide issue.
Homeowner requests or the board, acting on behalf of all homeowners, to improve the community for all, may take on special projects, using approved funds from annual dues.
